Initially it was quick and responsiveness was prompt. First round on phone with HR then next round with hiring manager on VC. When it came to discuss salary after what seemed successful round with manager (even though salary expectation was set from the get-go) they mentioned they would get back to me within 2 days. 3 weeks went by after that and hadnt heard anything so decided to enquire as was just left with no further communication. No reason was given as to why they had never got back to me as promised, and gave a pathetic excuse that the role is no longer available for candidates based in other states outside QLD (again it was clear my location was not in QLD from the get-go). Having read through all the reviews on GD about them not paying market rate it is now clear it was obviously an issue with salary.
