After the initial screening, I had a technical interview with the team lead. Just did LeetCode Easy problems. Afterwards, had 3 interviews scheduled within the next two weeks. I found it odd the interviews weren't in rounds...I assumed they were either really interested or needed to hire fast. The first was behavioural with some general technical questions, then another technical one, and the last with a VP. I was ghosted afterwards. Extremely unprofessional hiring process for such a large corporation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2016
Interview
Pleasant, comprehensive but not very in depth. There was some delay locating interviewers (only one was found) then locating available room.
Interviewer appeared to be short on time

Question 1
I was asked the questions related the project I had been asked to prepare in advance and follow up questions to my answers.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in May 2018
Interview
I have only great things to say about the RBC interview process. It was very pleasant and professional. All the people I spoke to and met were great and down to earth. I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Then two in-person interviews. First with hiring manager, overview of my background and skills, usual HR questions. He made it feel like it's just a simple chat with a friend which was great. Second interview with the team- review of background, general HR questions and theoretical questions about web development frameworks and projects.
