This was a coop job that I got from the university. I had a phone interview with both team lead and HR manager. It started a routine introduction and a couple of normal interview questions, and a few technical questions. Since it was a coop job, they did not ask a lot and difficult questions. Such as what do you do when you have a conflict with your lead, or what attracts you about this job, etc. It last about 30-40 minutes. They were very nice, no pressure at all.
