      I applied online, after few weeks they gave a phone interview from the HR, I search the job status on the RBC profile, it shows congratulation, HR continuing interesting your background...., then one weeks late, i have a person interview

      I applied online. The process took more than a month. received an email and then she sent me psychological questionnaire with an email of 3 questions about where do you prefer to work, date of availability for training and replacement and languages you can speak, after a week, she called me for phone interview, questions were customer service questions.

      It was pretty formal/ relatively routine interview questions. The interview was done over the phone as I was living in one city and applying to work in another. Of course the question of how sure I was about relocating came up.
