Applied online, got an email about a face to face interview a week later. The actual interview was pretty much a technical VBA test with a couple normal interview questions. Was interviewed by two guys, one was an Associate Director, the other was an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, both of which seemed like pretty nice people.
