I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2017
Interview
They start by sending you a questionare, once you send that back they will call you to have a 15 minute chat..simple behavioral questions. If they like what you have to say, they will schedule a 2nd phone interview,..more behavioural questions..but be careful in this one..prepare in advance, they expect you to go deep into details...word of advice..take your time, dont rush..keep calm and just focus on how you have added value to your clients in the past while answering the questions. Next step is the in person interview..look your best, prepare in advance..have questions ready for the interviewer too. Other than that, if you belong, you will make it. If not, dont worry...there is a lot more out there than a banking advisor job in a company where you are highly replaceable. Best of Luck and Cheers!
