Call Center Customer Service Representative Interview

      10 Jul 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Mississauga, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Mississauga, ON) in Jun 2018

      Interview

Hiring process took more than a month 3 interviews : 1. Online tests 2. Phone and web interview 3. Group interview The online tests took more than 2 hours, half scenario tests and half ethical questions. Phone and Web interview is quite straightforward, just prepare yourself a quiet place and dress well. Group interview took 3 hours , including a role play, a sales presentation and a one on one interview with team manager. But you can consider yourself succeed to be offered a position very soon when you receive the invitation of the third stage interview ( of coz , assuming you don’t screw up the interview)

      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at RBC

      Interview

First time when I applied year ago was interviewed by Nolan Bradshaw, really polite and nice person. He was asking question and also was telling about the company ( which is good to know). I 've got invitation for a second group interview. I didn't pass this interview, therefore didn't get an offer. Second time when I applied few weeks ago -was interviewed by another person. The process wasn't pleasant for me as the recruiter was rude and strict. I quess it is new way for RBC to figure out and check if person could be strong enough to handle rude customer:)). I was interviewed by few other competative companies and no one made me feel so miserable.
