I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Vancouver, BC) in Nov 2018
Interview
After finishing the online assessment, I got an email requesting to schedule a phone interview by Andrea Lindsay, Senior Recruiter of RBC. She took 4 days to get back to me. Finally, my interview was scheduled
On the scheduled date, with all of my respect, I was waiting for an hour, but she totally forgot our appointment. I emailed her again. She apologized and rescheduled my appointment. Unbelievable!!!
I understand RBC is a big bank and Senior Recruiter is very busy but this is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. That Senior Recruiter on behalf of RBC really disappointed me and lost RBC image
A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.
