Very quick/ brief interview process that began with a 20 minute screening over the phone with a recruiter. Following that, I met with a branch assistant manager for a formal in person interview.

As my precious experience had mostly been in retail, I was asked how I would approach a customer and what type or conversations I’d gauge in in order to identify their needs and thereby cater to them.
A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.

the interview is easy. 1st with HR, 2rd with a branch manager. Most questions are behaviour questions and experience related to customer services and sales. The interview is quite quick, just 15-20 minutes
