      ACCOUNT MANAGER/Customer Service Representative Interview

      18 Sept 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RBC

      Interview

Employee referral - got back to me in a week, interview in another week. Interview was pretty standard behavioural interview questions - ie, what would you do if a client came in yelling and screaming, what would you do if a high net worth client came in, how would you make a phone call to a client, it's the near the end of the week and you are below your sales target - how do you deal with this? Questions also referred a lot to previous work experience. Overall was a thorough and moderately difficult process.

      Question 1

What was a difficult situation that you turned into a positive? Standard question I know, but I hated this one.
