They wanted me to come to Toronto to do the interview in person, but since this was close to midterms, I asked to do a phone interview instead. It seemed like the interviewers were in a meeting room using the phone speaker thing in the middle of the meeting table, so the audio quality wasn't the best. The questions were about my previous experience and education.

Overall, very simple interview process, got the offer after following up.
Just one interview with the tech lead and the director of innovation.
Ask me mostly about Behavioural questions. It was not that technical.
They asked me mostly about how I work in a group setting.

Coding assessment then interview with 2 people. Asked bunch of technical questions like if I have used xyz as well as questions about past work experiences / projects. Lasted about 35-40 mins.
