I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RBC (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2011
Interview
Started with a phone screen, which was followed by an in-person interview. I was hired shortly thereafter, however, my experience with the same company probably helped speed up the background check and other verification processes. Overall, the interview process was quite standard, something to expect for an entry level position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. What are your strengths? 2. What are your weaknesses? 3. What salary are you expecting? 4. Why do you want to work for us? 5. Why did you leave your previous position?
It wasnt too bad. pretty entry level. salary not really negotiable. If you come in prepared with expectations around the roll based off of the job description, its pretty standard.
