      Graduate Rotation Program Finance Interview

      2 Dec 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (London, England) in Oct 2015

      Interview

First I had to fill the online application. Second stage was a psychometric, numerical and IQ online test. After I had to do a phone interview with a person from HR. The last stage in which I did not manage to reach, is the assessment center in London. It was too demanding for the position and as far as I understood it is extremely competitive. Even if my online score tests were successful as well as my phone interview they probably are looking for individuals who graduated from high ranking universities. Bare in mind that I have also a masters which is not required for the latter position.

      Question 1

How do you see yourself in 5 years from now? If you had to deliver a task given from your manager the next day and after 30 minutes the director of your department assigned you another task for the next day as well what would you do? How would you prioritize the work? (Assume that you can not deliver both tasks)
