Interview
First round OA then GD and atlast PI
PI Generally focuses on core and basics of your domain. You should be able to communicate confidently and clearly.
They asked to explain internships on board with marker and asked all basic terms about the internship.
Final Year project should be clear to the candidate and should be able to explain it properly.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RCPL (Ahmadabad)
Interview
First round is telephonic and then face to face round after Technical round done then go for shop floor activity assessment and then completed basic shop floor intro and then meet shopfloor process owner and then meet HR and then hi give mail for confirmation
It was a simple round of discussion with the founder of the firm and there are few questions and small excel test over the call. There are some points on valuation and some on normal Iq test
