I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RDI (Blue Ash, OH) in Feb 2009
Interview
Really easy, read a paper, prove you can read. Its not hard, they make sure you know basic 5th grade reading. They said I was an advanced 5th grade reader, and they liked my work ethic.

Interview
Filled out an application online, they called left a message on my phone at where and when to come in, along with dress code information, drove up there with my resume, signed in at the front desk, secretary ( who was nice) handed me paperwork and a pen, walked in a large room with huge desk and 20 leather chairs, filled out paperwork, tax information etc. watched as others filtered in, and the interview guy, he was nice to begin with, but then he asked questions about what you put on the app, started picking things out and tried to get us all riled up, we were applying for a telemarketing position so they were seeing if we were going to be cut out for the position, after we all were interviewed he had us read a general telemarketing script then, told us the positions, pay, and hours available and open, the man who interviewed us acted just like a police officer, the office was clean and very business like. Overall it was a good interview, they called me within the week and offered me the job, I accepted.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They didnt really ask any questions, the biggest thing they have you do is a grammar test and again you have to read off a script that they switch up with everyone in the room, has a lot of big phrases.
