Interview is easy as they accept virtually anyone to work as a contractor. They ask very basic questions, prior experience, car and driver's license is required, and also mandatory to pay for a starter kit from them

I had a phone interview and then I was invited to talk to the broker one on one.
He explained their business and the market a little bit and asked a few questions. I did not meet the team untill I started to work.
