I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RE/MAX (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview was more of a meeting with my team leaders. I am 1099, therefor they simply make sure you are somewhat coherent. I had been in touch via email for a few months along with a few phone conversations. I finally ended up interviewing with one team leader and got invited back for a second with both team leaders. I was then hired.
Fairly easy and straight forward. Like all real estate offices they welcome new people. With ReMax it more geared to agents with experience. It has more to do with if your a good fit with the group.
