A company that ghosts potential employees is a company that needs to question its values. After a successful phone screener I was asked about availability for a second interview. The recruiter gave me a possible date and asked me to email her a few times that night work. I sent her the details, but no word. I followed up the week of the second interview and even the day before, but nothing. I can understand if I wasn’t the right fit for the job, but at least tell me that instead of disappearing.
