Interview
You get a phone interview if your resume is selected by a hiring committee. If you pass the phone interview, you get invited to a group interview. The group interview puts you through exercises that tests your personal/group skills, personality, and leadership skills.
The people that seem to get hired most are laid back, and friendly. Just about anyone can get hired as a cashier, you don't need outdoor experience for that.

None. It's easy to get hired here, just don't expect a whole lot after you get hired, and you will be happy.
Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
