Interview
After an initial phone call, your potentially invited into the store for group interviews. This is very similar to group work training where you get ideas as a group, work out a solution, and present them back to the group. All the time auditors/watchers are taking notes, so they are looking for how you react, how you interact, and do you lead or follow? Are you positive, smiling ? Did you introduce yourself when you came in the door? You should, they are looking for positive attitude, outgoing people who will interact with customers and leave a positive impression.

No question was that difficult. If you can't honestly answer the easy questions during the interview process, you don't belong working there.

Interview
Fast and to the point. After introducing myself they asked me a couple of questions regarding my outdoor experience and retail experience. They then followed up with a brief breakdown of what tasks I would be expected to perform.

Group interview, divided into groups of random choosing. As a group you get asked to introduce yourself to each other and come up with random products, or solutions to some situation. Your offer chance depends on how much you stand out

Interview
Relaxed environment. Went through three interviews, the first was a quick phone screen, the second was a group interview (~12 people) and the third was a more 'intimate' group interview (3 of us.)
