I applied online, did a video recording which was fine, then scheduled a virtual interview. They were mass hiring for a same-day start date for floor staff. I thought the interview went fine, but didn’t get the job.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with conflict at work
Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
