I applied online, the recruiter contacted me via email asking when we can have a call. Gave them a timeframe, they said they would call then, they didn't. They eventually called me later in the day when I had told them that I will not be available. After that had an interview with the team for culture fit, the company seemed in quite a disarray but the team seemed really nice. They told me they would get back to me even if I would be rejected. It has been two weeks and I have yet to hear from them. I think the state of recruitment process reflects how the company is, unorganised and chaotic. Also the unprofessional attitude of the recruiter further turned me off from the company.
