Overall, huge waste of time. Went through three in-person interviews and many promises of "being in touch" with radio silence from the Lead who initially contacted me on July 21, and it is now September 7. Each in-person interview was scheduled with absolutely no regard for my time or schedule, and every time I got to the in-person interview, the person I was supposed to be interviewing with was either late or "in a meeting" and we'd have to reschedule with that person for another time. The fact that you have to interview with a single person at a time over the span of multiple in-person interviews is so inefficient. I was answering the same exact questions with different people over the span of a month, and after a while, it was like we were not even talking about the actual job description anymore. It was all about the "core values" and how much everyone there loves them. For the third and final interview, I was called the day before it was originally scheduled to see if I could "drop by" right then because if not, I'd have to have a FOURTH interview with the store manager on another day. I respectfully agreed but was grateful I was unemployed because if you're trying to interview here while already working, good luck. They never take your schedule or time into account when scheduling these interviews. The last interview was with another Lead and the store manager, and like all the other interviews, it was super long and I was asked variations of the same questions I was already asked, along with super personal questions about my family and where I lived in town, etc. I was told I'd be contacted a few days later, but never was. When I reached out to the Lead who I had been contacting, she said I would be contacted "sometime next week." That week came and went with absolutely no word, and to this day, have yet to hear from them at all. Everyone with whom I interviewed was very nice but this whole process has been wildly inefficient and an incredible waste of my time, and I agree with the one interview review about the overall vibe of working there being "cult-like." Spot-on.
