RIB Software interview questions

Two stages interview. 1st at local level, 2nd with HQ. Interview was fairly informal but thoroughly reviewing my skills and experience. Questions ranged from operational finance level, through financial control and advanced senior management level.

The interview process at RIB Software was not easy, but it was fair. The questions were thoughtful and focused on real-world scenarios relevant to the role, which showed that the team values practical experience and problem-solving skills. I appreciated the structured approach and the professionalism of the interviewers throughout the process. There were a few challenging moments, especially around technical questions, but nothing that felt unreasonable. The process gave me a clear picture of the company culture and expectations.
