Started off simple enough but as soon as the interview with the client was complete, despite me telling RKCS that I would be unavailable through the weekend, the barrage of desperate begging for a phone call indicated how much of a façade RKCS is.
As it's the company owner who does most of the work, it's maybe a two- or three-man operation, {again, beyond} desperate to land a client.
In a four-hour period, I received EIGHT emails and FOUR phone calls.
Despite me being very successful in the interview with the client, for not phoning them, they punitively dismissed me as a candidate - five minutes later they again begged me to call them.
The typos in their emails...
Their inexperience in working with Senior staffing...
