It is mostly getting to know you and if it will be a good culture fit. You will meet many team members, which seems intimidating, but everyone is nice and ultimately they just want to get to know you. The little things matter a lot. (bringing resume, punctuality, attire, follow-ups, etc.)

Began with a short phone interview, then had an in office interview where I met 1 on 1 with the owners and then had a group interview with account managers and other management. Everything was professional and casual. Overall a good experience and company.
