Very casual, one on one interview. Spent the majority of time being asked if I had experience with the skills related to the job (outreach, cold calling). Spent a few minutes talking about the history of the company.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at this company specifically?
I applied online. I interviewed at ROCS Grad Staffing in Feb 2026
Interview
I applied online and was contacted a few days later to schedule a virtual interview. On the day of the interview, the recruiter emailed asking to reschedule it for the following day.
The interview was conducted via Zoom and was fairly straightforward, but I got the impression the role might not have been an active opening and that the company could have been building a candidate pipeline.
At the end, the recruiter said they would meet with the team and reach out if they decided to move forward with a second interview. It has been over two weeks and I have not received any follow-up.
Overall, the process felt unclear and could benefit from more transparency and communication with candidates.

Question 1
Was mainly curious about why I got my degrees in the area of study.
It is mostly getting to know you and if it will be a good culture fit. You will meet many team members, which seems intimidating, but everyone is nice and ultimately they just want to get to know you. The little things matter a lot. (bringing resume, punctuality, attire, follow-ups, etc.)
