      The Interview Process The process was exceptionally thorough and professional, spanning roughly 8 weeks from initial outreach to the final stage. It consisted of: 1. Initial Talent Screen: A friendly, high-energy call with the Talent Acquisition team based in Austin. We discussed salary expectations (£75k-£80k range) and core motivations. 2. Team Panel: Met with three senior members of the London Implementation and T&I teams. This was a deep dive into technical competency, managing client expectations, and cultural fit. 3. Final Executive Round: A 1:1 with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This was more strategic, focusing on the company’s growth and high-level vision. Timeline: The process is long (60+ days), which might be a challenge for candidates with competing offers. • Administrative Silence: After the final executive round, communication became less frequent. A 14-day window without an update can feel like a "black hole," especially after such an engaging start.
