ROTH Capital Partners interview questions

Phone Screening* -Asked a lot about experience dealing with Financial models and some behavioral fit questions. Very light on technicals, basic ones from IB. Don't need to know more than 5 questions in the IB 400. Nothing about how depreciation flows within the statements.

I built a financial model for an oil and gas company, and during the interview almost 80 percent of the discussion revolved around that model, including my assumptions, valuation approach, and sensitivity analysis.
