The interview questions were very cut and dry. They basically read your resume to you, might ask you to slightly expand (i.e. "how big was that community?"), and do not really engage beyond that.

I applied on line. I recieved a call from the RM within about 2 to 3 days to set up an interview. After a couple of failed attempts to meet-up due to crazy schedules. We finallly set up a virtual interview. The interview when very well. Within 2 weeks later. Interviewed with the VP of Operations. I received a call 2 days later with the offer.
