Interview
I first met with the president, which was a wonderful experience. After that, I met with two of the leaders who work out of the office I was to work out of. From there, I was asked to join a leadership call so all leaders could ask final questions and I could meet everyone. It was a great experience.

Question 1
RTI is focused on finding the right people. Much of the discussion with the president was for him to understand my personality and the way I communicate. The rest of the leaders asked questions related to my experience and provided their thoughts on where RTI could use help.
