Interview
They were very guiding and understanding of my concerns that a large move across country would have on my family. They were willing to work a rollout plan that was an easy to adjust to transition plan. I interviewed with a recruiter as a first step to understand my requests. Next was the hiring manager which was discussing the details of the role, and finally the final offer process from the HR representative.
