Overall, great process. Application was responded to within 6 business days by recruiters wishing to set up initial interviews. Ultimately had three interviews across hiring manger, HR, and cross-functional teams. Challenging interview but good with advanced prep. Non-STAR format.

phone interview with the supposed hiring manager … was on the phone talked small talk for 10 minutes, after first question, she said oh, they only gave me 10 minutes for this interview so i have to go.
Collaborative and engaging process with subject matter experts. Team was very knowledgeable and had good understanding of the market and what they were looking for. Initial interview screening to determine if position would be created.
