It was a very professional interview. I was invited to the corporate headquarters which was really nice. I was interviewed by the field operations manager who was extremely welcoming and overall it was a pleasant experience. RXBAR was a company I was really excited to work for and they did not dissapoint.

Standard phone screener, roughly 20 minutes, professional and courteous. Nothing too tricky just a standard what did you do and how it relates to the position. Nothing negative to say except I never heard back from then. The overall courtesy of reaching out to somebody on whether they did or didn't get a position goes a long way with prospecting employees. A lack of response borders on disrespect in a job market that can be very stressful.
