I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Radiant (CA) (El Segundo, CA)
Interview
The process consisted of several rounds, including an initial recruiter screening, conversations with hiring managers and team members, a panel interview, and a presentation component. Discussions focused on technical experience, problem solving, past projects, and overall culture fit. The interviewers were professional and engaged, and the process moved at a reasonable pace. Overall, it was thorough but straightforward, with opportunities to demonstrate both technical expertise and communication skills while learning more about the role, team, and company.

Question 1
During the interview, a technical issue impacted part of the presentation process. I was asked how I would approach identifying the root cause, what immediate steps I would take to resolve the issue, and what long term improvements I would recommend to prevent similar problems for future candidates. The discussion focused on troubleshooting methodology, communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
It was the worst interview/recruiting process I've ever dealt with. It starts with a phone screen with the HR recruiter. Then, they rush you to talk to a hiring manager to chat 30 mins. Then they rush you to bring you in for an on-site. There is a 1 hour presentation you must do on a past project (which they gave me 36 hours to prep and turn in a PDF) followed by another 3 hours of back to back to back to back interviews. They mostly grill you and asks you hypothetical challenges: "how would you solve this issue." It suspiciously sound too realistic of what they're currently going through. I may be cynical, but they may be trying to get free ideas. After they take their notes, you're told to have a separate meeting with an executive. I know I passed my interviews because they went to the referral stage. And then they string you along for a few weeks saying they need time to assess other interviewers and then ghosts you. I honestly don't think they really have much intent of hiring unless you're the exact fit they're looking for and for the right price. They're essentially looking for a unicorn on a bargain. What they're trying to do is risky and they're behind schedule. There were many red flags during the entire process.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Radiant (CA) (El Segundo, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process went very smoothly. The hiring manager and the team are very professional and knowledgeable. I initially interviewed with their recruiter, then the manager, and finally on-site interview. While I was waiting for an offer, the recruiter reached out after two weeks, letting me know that they had stopped recruiting for that position for now. I was disappointed, but I understand.
