Interview
No HR. I first spoke directly to the Project Manager on the phone. Then a week later, we met at the office for an on-site interview. The process was quick, and I was onboarded the next week.
There were two separate rounds of interviews and an additional take home assignment. Both interviews were online with one to two employees asking a mix of personal and technical questions.

Interview
They explain about the company, ask a few questions about you and then ask a problem that has nothing to do with either the company or software engineering. They said they are trying to validate how the candidate deals with unexpected problems.
