The process took a very long time. The second interview is very time-consuming and troublesome. I need to go to their office to interview and do the technical assessment for a whole day. For the second interview, they asked very similar questions to the first interview and the interviewer are also the same. So I don't know what are the points of the first interview. Eventually, I didn't get the offer, so it really wastes my time. I hope that your company can more focus on the first interview, don't just only ask pointless questions like "what are your weaknesses?". You should ask about some technical stuff also. So that we can know that we are not suitable for this position. We don't have to go for the second interview to waste our time. However, the environment there is comfortable and most of the people are nice.
