The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's in May 2018
Interview
I had to apply online and was asked for an interview the very next day. When I arrived I asked for the manager as I had an interview and I was given a cup for a drink and told to sit down. I had to wait for about 5 minutes because they had a line to deal with first
Open interview with many applicants, all sat at random tables until a hiring manager was able to get to them. Interview was short and there was little to no banter
I applied online. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Garden Grove, CA) in May 2022
Interview
They ask how you do in group and team settings and why you want to work there. After they get to know you a little they ask how you would get to work and after they let you know if you are hired or not and they ask for more personal details like shirt size.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2020
Interview
My interview was conducted in-person. It was straight-forward. They asked why I wanted the job and wanted to hear a little bit about myself. School and previous work experience was also brought up.
