I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Gilbert, AZ) in Sept 2019
Interview
Usual questions, asking what I've done in the past, why I think I qualify, what I think helps a team run smoothly and efficiently.
It took about 30 minutes. Told me since they have multiple interviews he'd call within the next couple days with a decision. Never got a call. I don't mind, since I was probably going to decline the job anyways after hearing about it more in the interview, but at least a text saying they chose other people would've been nice.

Question 1
What experiences outside of school do you have with time management skills?
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
