The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
I applied online. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2021
Interview
It was simple. Just a standard interview with the basic questions. The only not fun thing with mine is I interviewed with a different manager and was told you'll receive a call back. Instead, I got an email offering me the job so I was confused to say the least.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
