The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
I applied online. I interviewed at Raising Cane's in Oct 2020
Interview
Applied online and got a call for an interview a few days later. Spoke to one of the managers, who pretty much just asked the usual basic interview questions. Afterwards, I got offered a job on the spot.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?
How do you deal with difficult customers?
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
