I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's in Aug 2015
Interview
Recruiter invited me to apply. I didn't seek them out. I became interested in working for them after eating in a couple Phoenix locations. I knew I could bring more to the table, then what I saw. Manager cussing at employees, dropping the f-bomb etc. I also ate at one in Louisiana in which the manager as well as employees were playing more on cell phones then working. Phone interview was 5 minutes. Questions were generic. I would try to add more to answers and branch out about myself and would be talked over each time. Was then told to take assessment and I would be contacted after that. Received an email of not being qualified! They know nothing of what qualified is!!Get this! I saw the email after I did the assessment. It was received before the testing!!! WOW! Raising Canes is that good. They can tell in 5 minutes you are not qualified over the phone!
Their philosophy to do one thing better than anyone else. Well its not hiring qualified candidates. I'm a professional I take my job seriously and whomever I work for I deliver because that's what they pay for. Raising Canes hiring process is one the worst I have ever experienced. Totally unprofessional from the get go.

Question 1
I was only asked a few questions wasn't given a chance to actually answer because the recruiter from Nevada would over talk me so I didn't have a chance to clearly give information of my qualifications to their job. I was also asked how much I currently make as a salary. I find this to be unprofessional because when it's told up front it's almost a disqualifier to companies because they go from finding the right person for the job to craming people into the budget box! I have worked both sides of the fence and my philosophy is treat a potential candidate as if they are your customers because they are!!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Schaumburg, IL)
Interview
It was relatively short. They seemed to be looking for someone to work 60 hours a week on a lower salary. It might possibly have been the interviewer's first interviews given as she seemed to read off a cue card.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Miami, FL) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview was smooth sound like a cool opportunity and was all up for it, until they mention the best salary. It was different from the job posted and it was a HUGE decrease from my current salary. I had to decline the offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Buford, GA) in May 2023
Interview
Zoom interview with HR, the lady was a little snippy. Posted role for a general manager, but what they don’t tell you is they want you to train for a year in an hourly role in the stores before transitioning to another location to be the general manager.
