External recruiter reached out - process took two months and the entire process was completely disjointed. Interview process highlighted a few red flags about the brand based on their organization and candidate process. The actual duties of the job were misrepresented throughout the interview process and unfortunately only found that out by meeting with someone that is actually doing the role (which should have been the first step post screening calls but for some reason was the last step). Don't buy the hype - they have a lot of figuring out to do, especially if they continue to grow and bring on external talent.
