The process is 2 rounds. First round consists of telling team members about yourself, why you are interested in the position, where you have made a positive ESG impact, and a long impact stock pitch. Second round is with the MD & other team members - you tell them about yourself, why you are interested in the position, and where you have made a positive ESG impact (on campus, community, work, etc.)
