Got a message from Ramada for an interview left on my voice mail, called back and set a time for 1:00 pm the fallowing day, I arrived 10 mins early at the Hotel and let the receptionist know that I was there for the interview but both the Head Housekeeper and Manager had no recollection of calling me in. I gave them the time and number of where the call came and still they were surprised, so I asked if they were hiring for housekeeping? Manager answered Yes, We just posted the Job on line. I said the Job was posted 3 hours on Kijiji when I applied online.They didn't receive my resume that I had attached with my application. Manager told the Head Housekeeper to go ahead and ask me a few question since I was there, apologized to me for the confusion and asked me to resend my resume. still waiting for a call back.

really fast and simple. i got the interview 3 days after i applied and the interview lasted about 20 minutes. asked me the basic questions like why i want to work there and hired me right on the spot

It was quick and easy! The person that does the interview is down-to-earth. There were a few paperworks that needed to be filled out, and the other team members would show the candidate the facility.

Interview
It started off with a few challenge questions like for example
what would you do if this happened and how would you fix it?
The interview was conducted in a really tiny room which didn't help at all.
The interview kept getting interrupted by other staff even with a do not disturb sign on the door.
