On one fine day i received a mail for jr. software developer from rankwatch with some lucrative language and one f2f interview on a specified date.
The process was seemingly haphazard from starting as they have called large no of students.
Despite of scheduled time of 9 am, due to their server problem the process started past 12 (we were made to sit for 3 hrs idle). Though they provided refreshment.
It was clear that their HR process was not defined as no one could guess the no. of rounds they are taking , the process started after 12 and 4-5 rounds of apti,coding,iQ and again coding were taken. With end of every paper everyone looked for shortlisting but hr would come and tell their is another round. They provided refreshment at afternoon also.
As result of mismanagement HR told shortlisting will be done on next day and we would have to come again.
I was shortlisted and went for interview and same mismanagement again observed, they actually wanted a good coder with salary mere 20-25k. the interview were tough and the interviewee would ask despite of pay and position they are offering(Startups have these types of problem).
Anyways i was not selected in interview ( I had zero experience in coding). also they didnot provide any refreshment this time despite we sat whole noon.
