Not professional. First interview they agreed to my expected salary in the next one they said I was probably wrong, and Lower the salary for that position by more than 30%

Mi proceso de entrevistas con Rappi ha sido muy positivo. Inició con conversaciones con perfiles directivos y continuó con entrevistas con varios líderes del equipo. Percibí un trato muy amable, abierto y genuinamente interesado en entender mi experiencia. Las conversaciones fueron interesantes y con espacio para dialogar, con un formato más conversacional que estructurado.
