Rauland interview questions

Approached by headhunter for opportunity. After a first screening with the recruiter, I was scheduled for an initial 30m screening with SVP a few days out. This second interview was casual and relaxed. We discussed the business unit, strategic initiatives, and my background. I inquired about the larger process, and it was shared there are 3 steps including a meeting with executive leadership team. Overall, it was a typical introductory meeting.

Very easy, They took me for lunch which was nice. Make sure they take you to lunch. We had asian food. 10/10 recommend. There were some engineering questions, but it was more of a culture fit thing.
