I had two interviews for two roles with two different recruiters on the same day and they had no idea. It must have been a coincidence. I had no response post HR pre screen for both. They didn’t care about my resume and I gave very good answers. My experience was also a fit. They must have thought I didn’t speak English better or I was overqualified. It was more an advertisement for a Canadian company but a waste of my time. They ghosted me for over two weeks.
