Poor communication and overall management, combined with a lack of respect for the candidate's time and effort, created a frustrating and disappointing experience that could have been much better handled.

First they select my resume and then they organise an online coding test. There were three questions asked. One of 5 marks, second of 10 marls and third of 15 marks.
